Exchange or Return for a Refund
1. The products can be returned within 60 days after they have been received.
2. A new product may be exchanged for another product or returned for a refund.
To be eligible, please make sure that:
1. The product is in its original packaging;
2. The product should be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, or unaltered.
Products that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return. To return the products, please submit items change requests to customer service via firstname.lastname@example.org.Most returns are processed within 2 business days after we receive your email.
When we receive the package you returned, we will refund you as soon as possible. Once the refund is issued, you will receive a refund confirmation email.
Purchase Not Eligible for Return:
We do not accept any request for exchange/return once the "Clearance" are sold. "Clearance" can only be returned/exchanged if it is defective/damaged or the wrong item.
To better solve your problem, please send us a picture showing the problem/defect when you submitting the return/exchange request.
After you receive confirmation from our customer service, please send the product along with the product list which includes the product ID. A tracking number of the returning parcel is required; we will deal with the product exchange or refund after we get your returning parcel.
If you received a damaged product, please notify us immediately for assistance.
1. We offer a full refund if the order is canceled within 24 hours of your purchase.
You should submit an order cancellation request to our customer service via email@example.com once you decide to cancel the order. After receiving your order cancellation request, we will cancel the order and refund you as soon as possible.
2. We will NOT accept order cancellation requests if the orders have been shipped.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return package is received and inspected, we will process a refund for you as soon as possible, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7-15 business days.
If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us via firstname.lastname@example.org.
About return and exchage shipping cost :
If the received product is damaged or defective after inspection,we will bear the postage for the return and exchange.In other cases, the postage will be borne by the buyer.
Return and exchange of non-product quality problems, Service Charge 10% of the order amount.
If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
If you are sure to return the goods for a refund, please contact our customer service via email@example.com, and we will provide you with the return address.
Joybos reserves the right to change all return policy without further notice. Should there be any disputes on the order, Joybos's decision shall be final.
