How long it takes to receive my order?

Total Time = Processing Time + Transit Time
A. Order Processing: We conduct Quality Control checks and testing in order to ensure the product's quality prior to shipment. This typically takes 1 to 2 business days.
B. Transit time: The amount of time it takes to receive your order after your order has been shipped. Transit times can vary depending on your location and shipping methods.

Standard Shipping Service:
Order delivery: 15-25 business days.

Expedited Shipping Service:
Order delivery: 7-14 business days.

How much for shipping fee ?

Shipping fee is decided by destination and products you ordered. Please add items into your shopcart, proceed to pay, you will see the amount of shipping fee before payment.

Do I need to pay the custom tax?

In some cases, there will be VAT or other taxes, like customs duties or fees levied by your destination country.

 1> We have no control over these charges and cannot predict the amount. For further information please send an email to us;

 2> Customs and taxation policies vary widely from country to country. You should check your local custom laws, and inform us about your requirement after ordering;

 3>When customs clearance procedures are required, it will cause delay beyond our original delivery estimates time. Additional charges for taxes or customs clearance must be paid by the recipient.

Can I use a PO Box or APO/FPO military address?

For now our shipping partners are unable to ship orders to PO Boxes or APO/FPO military addresses.So you will need to provide a street address. If a PO Box or APO/FPO military address is given, it will delay shipment of your items or your order will be canceled.

Which country do you ship to?

Joybos support international shipping. And we can ship to most countries & regions in the world.

How Do I Use A Coupon Code?

You may find an option on the product "Check Out" page to choose using the coupon which already in your account. Or you can simply put the coupon code in the textbox and click the “Apply” button.

How do I track my package?

You can track your package using your order number. To do this, go to the Order Status section on our site.

My tracking number is not working.

If your tracking number doesn't give any information, don't worry. Delivery information often updates after orders ship within 5-8 business days.

Some items are missing from my order, what's going on?

Our products are shipped separately based on your order. If it contains items from two different warehouses, there will therefore be two separate deliveries. The rest of the order will arrive shortly.

Can I cancel my order?

* Cancel paid order within 24 hours:
The customer can cancel the order by sending us an e-mail. We offer a full refund if the order is canceled within 24 hours of payment.

*Cancel paid order after 24 hours:
Customer can cancel the order by email to us, we will decide according to the item delivery situation.

Attention: We do NOT accept order cancellation requests if the order has been shipped.

If I place a repeat order, can I cancel one?

Please email or call our customer service team, so we can cancel one and resolve your issues as soon as possible.

Can I modify my order?

We love to hear from you on our customer service, merchandise, website or any topics you want to share with us. Your comments and suggestions will be appreciated. Please complete the form below.

A. Change item after payment

Please contact our customer service, we can change items within 24 hours of payment for free (*if the order has been shipped, it cannot change).

B. Change address after payment

Please contact our customer service, we can change the shipping address before shipping. After that, we can't edit it anymore.

How to make a return?

To return an item, please contact us first at the following address:

service@joybos.com.

You have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return. We will arrange to make the refund as soon as we have been able to verify the condition of the returned product. Make sure to protect fragile products so that they come back to us in good condition.
Return costs are always the responsibility of the buyer.

How will my order be refunded?

The refund will be made to the credit card or Paypal account used for payment, after receipt and verification of your return package by our teams.

Why split an order into several orders?

Here are some reasons:

A. The order has too many products and they all don’t fit into one box;
B. Some products in the order are out of stock;
C. Some products in the order didn’t pass 1st time quality control check, and on it’s 2nd time quality checking;
D. Some items are out of stock temporarily.

Where are the products from?

Our factories are located in mainland China , We have warehouses both domestically and overseas, andwill ship to you as soon as possible according to the inventory situation.

Any Store Locations?

Currently we only offer our products and service via our website. Hopefully we will expand our business soon to have some offline stores.

What should I do if the products are out of stock?

For some hot sale items, it might go out of stock after you made the payment. Our customer service team will email you for replacement or refund.
